By accessing or using the ProductEnv website and services, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our website or services. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time, and continued use of the services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

As a user of ProductEnv, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account access, including your email inbox, sign-in links, and CLI tokens, and notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
• Use our services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Not engage in any activity that could harm, disrupt, or interfere with the operation of our website and services.

Failure to comply with these obligations may result in the suspension or termination of your account.

To access certain features of ProductEnv, you may be required to register for an account. By registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information.
• Update your information as necessary to keep it accurate and complete.
• Provide your email address, first name and last name during registration. ProductEnv uses passwordless sign-in: we email you a one-time magic link, and you are never asked to create a password.
• Keep the email account you register with secure, since anyone with access to it can use the sign-in links we send.
• Be responsible for all activities conducted through your account.

For users registering via Google or GitHub, we collect your name, profile image, provider ID, and email address. We do not collect passwords via these methods.

You agree to use ProductEnv for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Engage in any activity that could harm, disrupt, or interfere with the operation of ProductEnv.
• Use the service to transmit any unlawful, harmful, or offensive content.
• Attempt unauthorized access to any part of the service, other accounts, or computer systems.

All content included on ProductEnv, such as text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of ProductEnv or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You agree not to:

• Reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of any content without prior written permission.
• Use any trademarks, service marks, or logos without authorization.

Certain features of ProductEnv are available through a subscription plan. By subscribing to our service, you agree to the following:

• Subscription Fees: Subscription fees will be charged as specified at the time of purchase.
• Payment Method: Prices in US dollars; pay in USD or LBP with Whish. A payment in LBP uses the exchange rate shown at checkout, and that rate stays attached to the payment. At checkout you receive a Whish payment page and approve the payment in the Whish app, by scanning its QR code or entering the code it shows; we never receive or store your card or account details. Your plan activates once we have confirmed the payment directly with Whish.
• Billing Cycle: Subscriptions cover a monthly or annual period, depending on the billing cycle you choose at checkout. Each period is paid in advance through a new Whish payment, and we never charge you without your approval in the Whish app.
• No Refunds: All subscription fees are non-refundable. If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access until the end of the current billing cycle. Billing questions and refund requests are handled by the ProductEnv team, not by Whish Money: write to us at contact@product-env.com.

ProductEnv offers a free trial of the ENV+ plan on the following terms:

• One trial per account owner: Each account can receive the free trial once, as the owner of an organization. It applies to one organization and cannot be transferred, paused or used again.
• Automatic start: The trial starts automatically when the first project is created in an organization you own that is on the Free plan, whether you or an organization admin creates it. If the organization is already on a paid or custom plan, the trial does not start and remains available for a later project created while that organization, or another organization you own, is on the Free plan.
• Duration: The trial lasts 30 days from the moment it starts. The end date is shown when the trial starts and on the Plan & billing page.
• No payment details, no automatic charge: No payment details are required to start or use the trial, and you are never charged automatically when it ends. Continuing on ENV+ after the trial requires a separate payment that you confirm yourself.
• When the trial ends: The organization returns to the Free plan automatically and its Free plan limits apply again. Nothing is deleted: projects, environments, secrets and members are kept. Projects above the Free limit stay readable, but no new project can be created while the organization is over the limit; environments other than the default one are locked until you upgrade; secrets above the per-environment limit are kept but no new ones can be added; and no new members can be invited while the organization is over its member limit.
• Changes to the offer: We may change or end the free trial offer for future sign-ups at any time. A trial that has already started keeps its end date.

ProductEnv is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ProductEnv and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from:

• Your use of or inability to use the service.
• Any unauthorized access to our servers and any personal information stored therein.
• Any bugs, viruses, or harmful code transmitted to or through our service by any third party.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ProductEnv from any claims or liabilities arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Your Jurisdiction]. Any dispute will be settled in the courts of [Your Jurisdiction].

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and ProductEnv regarding the use of the service.
